Better Balance and Fall Prevention

This class is designed to improve balance and stability, reduce fall risk and enhance overall mobility. The exercises and techniques utilized include muscle strengthening, core stabilization, flexibility, coordination, and improved body awareness leading to better functioning in activities of daily living.
